How frequently do you communicate with your clients?
Updates are provided weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the client’s request. During an update call, the discussion also involves estimated time to fill.
What is the process to get started?
At the start of each search, we conduct a thorough in-take call to understand the role and how it fits within the organization, the company culture, and organizational goals. This helps us identify the right slate of candidates for consideration. We also work closely with candidates to understand their skills and competencies to fill vacancies.
How do you source and vet candidates?
Sourcing candidates generally searches our database of past applicants or passive candidates, LinkedIn, or through network referrals. Vetting candidates is done by video interviews to check relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. During this interview, I will also address employment gaps or inconsistencies.
How does your pricing work?
There is no set pricing. Each assignment will be evaluated and priced accordingly.
